Kahles 312i & 624i Throw Lever

Upgrade your Kahles optic with our Kahles 312i & 624i Throw Lever, speeding up magnification changes and target engagements without breaking the bank. Throw levers are especially useful in a number of different scenarios including but not limited to precision shooting competitions and cold weather hunting.  Our standard polymer Throw Levers are printed using one of our industrial oriented 3D printers. . Our levers are proudly printed in the USA from a custom made durable Nylon 6 material, and feature a metal thread insert for increased strength when tightening. Easily installs in a minute or less. Nylon 6 does not have the tensile strength of aluminum, but is extremely durable and will flex and yield under hard impact rather than damaging or marking your optic. More Information About FDM Printing.

Fused deposition modeling (FDM), or called filament freeform fabrication, is a 3D printing process that uses a continuous filament of a thermoplastic material. Filament is fed from a large spool through a moving, heated printer extruder head, and is deposited on the growing work. The print head is moved under computer control to define the printed shape. Usually the head moves in two dimensions to deposit one horizontal plane, or layer, at a time; the work or the print head is then moved vertically by a small amount to begin a new layer.

1 review for Kahles 312i & 624i Throw Lever

  1. Dan (verified owner)

The fit on the 624i is good and the length of the lever is excellent. The only issue I had was the Allen head screw provided was too short. I needed to purchase a longer one so I could start the threads to clamp. Twenty cent fix so no big deal, and was probably just an oversight.
Just recently I inquired about a lever for the 525i.
CS got back to me and explained that they did offer a 525i variant and I could order one by selecting a 624i and leave a note in the comment section stating I needed the 525i lever.
It arrived no issue and the fit is again great. The throw lever is much larger/longer on the 525i variant. Pro being- more leverage. Only drawback is on the higher magnification values (18x-25x) the lever blocks my sight picture on an aftermarket scope level. Other than that annoyance it’s a winner. I own three Kahles scopes and they all have an MK throw lever. Buy with confidence.
