Polymer Throw Levers
Polymer throw levers are manufactured via FDM printing from a custom designed Nylon polymer. The resulting parts are strong and reliable, but do feature layer lines. Polymer Levers feature a metal thread insert for increased strength when tightening. Easily installs in a minute or less, and has a lifetime warranty. Carbon Fiber Nylon Throw Levers
Carbon Fiber Nylon throw levers are manufactured via a similar process to our polymer throw levers but features a custom carbon fiber nylon material. Carbon fiber nylon levers feature a slightly rougher texture than our polymer throw levers. Carbon fiber nylon levers are slightly stiffer and slightly more brittle than our standard polymer levers. Carbon fiber nylon throw levers feature a lifetime warranty.
FDE Throw Levers
FDE (Flat Dark Earth) Throw Levers are manufactured via a similar process to our polymer throw levers but feature a custom FDE glass fiber nylon material. FDE levers are slightly stiffer and slightly more brittle than our standard polymer levers. FDE throw levers feature a lifetime warranty.
Pro Series Throw Levers
Our Pro Series Throw Levers are manufactured using a HP Multi Jet Fusion 5200 printer. This allows us to get the surface finish of a modeled part with the strength and durability of standard polymer levers. Pro series levers are available in two colors, black or grey. Pro series throw levers feature a metal thread insert for increased strength when tightening. Easily installs in a minute or less, and has a lifetime warranty. We currently have hundreds of models designed specially for various scopes. No universal models here. Multi Jet Fusion uses a printhead to selectively apply fusing and detailing agents across a bed of nylon powder, which are then fused by heating elements into a solid layer. After each layer, powder is distributed on top of the bed and the process repeats until the part is complete.
Aluminum Throw Levers
MK Machining Aluminum thow levers are designed specifically for each scope for a precise fit and premium feel. No universal solutions here. Our levers are proudly machined in the USA from durable 6061 Aluminum. 6061 aluminum is aircraft grade for increased aluminum throw lever durability. Our aluminum throw levers feature a Type III hard coat anodization for increased wear resistance, increased abrasion resistance, and corrosion resistance.
