The MK Machining 1″ XLP Billet Scope Level is built for customers seeking our slimmest, most refined optic-mounted level. Precision-machined from 6061 aluminum, the XLP combines lightweight durability, enhanced vial visibility, and minimal added bulk around the optic.

Its ultra-thin 0.300-inch mounting band takes up minimal scope-tube space, while the compact housing stays within the optic’s turret profile to reduce unnecessary protrusion and snag risk.

Clear, Responsive Vial Visibility

Four-sided vial windowing captures more available light for a clear reference from multiple viewing angles. A laser-etched level indicator provides a quick, consistent reference without relying solely on the vial’s standard black lines.

The highly responsive vial settles quickly and remains easy to read—even in cold conditions.

Hinged Installation Without Optic Removal

The hinged band makes installation straightforward and requires less than 0.20 inches of clearance beneath the optic for installation without removing the scope. This helps avoid the need to remove, remount, re-zero, and verify the optic each time the level is installed.

The XLP can be positioned on either side of the scope based on viewing preference and available clearance. It can also be mounted upside down beneath the scope tube for a viewing position similar to a rail-mounted level.

During installation, properly level the optic, align the XLP vial with the reticle, and securely tighten the mounting bolt.

Why do I need a 1″ XLP Billet Scope Level?

Just a few degrees of Cant will cause considerable shot dispersion at longer ranges! If the scope is Canted by only 2½ degrees, the bullet will impact .05 mils for every 100 meters in the direction of the Cant. This means with only a 2½ degree Cant and shot of 1000 meters would be an impact of .5 mils.
