Description
SUMMIT ED 8×42
DESIGNED FOR DEMANDING HUNTERS AND PRECISION RIFLE SHOOTERS
When we embarked on creating the SUMMIT ED 8×42 binoculars, we were determined not to follow the crowd. Instead, we set out to develop a product that other companies seemed reluctant to produce. Our goal was clear: craft binoculars that are lightweight, comfortable, ergonomically designed for prolonged use, and above all, optically superior to any others in their class.
Each of our binoculars boasts a magnesium-alloy body, encased in a distinctive rubberized carbon fiber appearance armor. At the heart of these binoculars lies a meticulously crafted set of Japanese Extra Low Dispersion (ED) lenses, paired with our proprietary HTX™ 7-Layer lens coating technology. This combination ensures unrivaled light transmission, durability, and glare reduction, surpassing every other binocular at its price point.
The result?Picture-perfect clarity, edge-to-edge crispness devoid of chromatic aberration, all packaged in an ultralight design that defies belief.
As always, our commitment to uncompromising quality components sets us apart. When you choose Apex, Precision Comes Standard
BINOCULARS, PERFECTED
Our ED glass binoculars, combined with a BAK4 roof prism that’s phase coated with a dielectric application process, provide unparalleled clarity and low-light performance. Housed in a magnesium body, they’re some of the lightest and toughest binoculars you’re ever going to own.
The optical components are made using the highest quality Extra-Low Dispersion (ED) Japanese glass, which are ground down and polished with state-of-the-art equipment. The optical system uses a set of finely tuned lenses, and when combined with the Prime ED glass provides an unmatched clarity of image, depth of field, and field of view. Every lens is meticulously inspected by our production engineers before it goes into one of our binoculars.
Finally, the entire system is inspected once-again, then assembled by hand in a Certified Clean Environment. The final step of the assembly is dry-Argon purging and sealing, ensuring that the entire optical system is shockproof, fogproof, and IP67-rated dustproof and waterproof.
