L4A Fiber Dot Reticle
The unprecedented Fiber Dot reticles give an intensely bright red illuminated center dot that really can be called daylight bright. The classic L4A Dot reticle gives a clean and uninterrupted view of your target. Combined with the Fiber Dot illumination, you can be guaranteed that you won’t miss a thing.
LRX – Tactical FD (8X)
Working with your bullet’s trajectory the LRX – Tactical FD (8x) reticle, exclusively from Hawke, provides usable aim points for AR-pattern rifles. The LRX – Tactical FD (8x) is built specifically around the ballistics of 5.56 cartridges, making holdover accuracy more possible than ever before.
The bright fiber optic center dot gives a sharp aim point for quick reference and target acquisition. Extra holdover aim points are included on the fine lower post to give graduation and accuracy when shooting at longer distances.
Initial zero can be performed at 50 yards. This will provide good accuracy using only the central aim point out to 200 yards. For the best accuracy and proper use of the BDC, zero should be confirmed at 200 yards and adjusted accordingly.
The BDC reticle can also be used for other cartridges and ammunition by adjusting the magnification. Alternatively, the aim points can be calibrated for distances in meters by reducing the magnification slightly.
