2: Product Warranties

MKM-Branded Products

All MKM-branded products include a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, normal wear and tear, and accidents. This warranty does not apply in cases of misuse, abuse, improper installation, modification, or any other form of clear negligence by the end user.

Third-Party Products

Products manufactured by third parties are covered only by the original manufacturer’s warranty.
Customers must follow the manufacturer’s warranty process directly. MKM is not liable for servicing, replacing, or processing warranties for any non-MKM products.

3: Third Party Content

The views and opinions expressed in any third-party content published about our company or products are those of the respective authors and do not necessarily reflect the official policy or position of MK Machining. We assume no responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of such content.

4: Acceptance of Terms

By clicking the box at check out you are bound to the Terms and Conditions.

  • MKM holds the right to revise, terminate or update any section in the Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. We advise you to reread the terms and conditions periodically to ensure that you are kept up to date.
5: Waiver

If MKM fails to strictly enforce the terms and conditions at any point of time, it cannot be considered a waiver of any of the provisions set forth in the terms and conditions.

6: Shipping Policies
  • Standard shipping within the continental United States is via USPS.
  • International orders may ship via USPS, UPS, or DHL.
  • International orders may incur additional duties, taxes, or fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Shipping costs are based on product size and weight and will be displayed at checkout. Please review this information carefully.
  • Orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis, typically within 24 hours. Delays may occur during manufacturing delays or peak periods.
  • Third-party items valued over $300 USD ship via UPS with signature required.

7: Returns & Warranty Returns
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returns or warranty claims back to MKM unless the incorrect item was originally shipped.
  • Returned products may be subject to a restocking fee.
  • Third-party products and MKM Bullpup Chassis will be inspected for functional or cosmetic damage upon return.
  • Additional restocking fees may apply for damaged items.
  • Assessment and application of restocking fees are at the sole discretion of MKM.
  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the customer receiving the product
8: Inventory/ Stock levels
  • MKM does not guarantee that the stock status of each item will be accurate all the time.
  • All inventory levels are subject to change without notice
9: Alternative Colors

Black is the standard color for MKM-produced products.
Alternative colors—such as Natural Grey, Cerakote FDE, Cerakote ODG, Cerakote Titanium Blue, and Cerakote Safety Orange—may require extended lead times and may not always be in stock.

10: Rewards Points (MK Money)
  • It is the sole discretion of MKM to change the current ratio in which Points are earned.
  • As of 5/1/2026, the current ratio is 1 points to $1 USD spent. Redemption rate is 50 pts to $1 reward earned.
  • Clearance items are not eligible for rewards.
  • MKM has the sole discretion to alter, update or, remove the ways in which points are earned without notice to the customer.
  • MKM has the right to change, at any time without notice, the maximum points earned in a transaction and the maximum allowed points to be held by a single customer.
  • Rewards Points are intended to only be used by individuals and not dealers, wholesalers or any other form of business distributor.
  • Customers found in violation of this policy may find their points accumulated removed and blocked from the program altogether.
  • Dealers or wholesale users found in violation can be subject to losing dealer or wholesale status.
  • Points have no cash value; points are non-transferable.
11: Order Cancellation
  • Orders are available for cancellation prior to shipment for a full refund
  • Orders that have shipped will need to be returned. (Please note that if you have contacted us prior to us shipping your order we will send you a label to return the item)
  • Orders of 3rd party items over $400 may be subject to cancellation fee equal to the credit card processing fee
12: Limitation of Liability

We work hard to provide accurate information and reliable products, but sometimes issues can occur. To the extent allowed by law, MK Machining (“MKM”) is not responsible for any indirect or unexpected damages—such as loss of profits, data, or property—that may result from using our website or products.

If MKM is found responsible for a problem, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product or service involved.

13 Coupon Usage
  • Coupons are intended for singular use and cannot be combined or stacked to obtain an unintended cumulative discount.
  • MKM reserves the unilateral right to cancel any order at any time without prior notification.
  • MKM explicitly reserves the right to cancel any order utilizing multiple coupons resulting in an unintended product discount, at any time and without prior notification.
  • Dealer and Wholesaler accounts are explicitly excluded from the use of coupons. Any Dealer or Wholesaler found to be in violation of this provision may face the immediate revocation of their dealer or wholesaler status.
    • Governing Law

      These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in Missouri.

      Severability

      If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the terms will still apply.

      Shipping Insurance Program

      MKM offers optional Shipping Insurance at checkout for customers who want additional protection for their order during transit.

      By purchasing Shipping Insurance, you agree to the following terms:

      Coverage Eligibility

      Shipping Insurance only applies to orders where the insurance option was selected and purchased at checkout.

      If Shipping Insurance was not purchased, the order is not covered for loss, damage, or transit-related issues after the package has been handed off to the carrier.

      Claims Waiting Period

      Claims cannot be submitted until at least 10 business days after the order has been marked as shipped.

      This allows time for normal carrier delays and tracking updates.

      Claim Filing Deadlines

      Customers must file claims within the following timeframes:

      • Domestic Orders: Within 30 days of the shipment date
      • International Orders: Within 45 days of the shipment date

      Claims submitted after these windows will not be accepted.

      How to Submit a Claim

      All claims must be submitted via the

      Shipping Insurance Claim Form

      To avoid delays, customers should provide as much information as possible when filing a claim. At minimum, claims must include:

      • Order number
      • Full name
      • Email address associated with the order
      • Description of the issue

      Additional helpful information may include:

      • Tracking number
      • Photos of damaged products or packaging
      • Shipping address
      • Any relevant carrier updates or screenshots

      Incomplete claims may delay processing or result in denial.

      Claims & Approval

      All claims are handled directly by MKM and reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

      Approval is not automatic. MKM reserves the right to request additional information or documentation before making a determination.

      MKM may approve, deny, or partially approve any claim at its sole discretion.

      What May Be Covered

      Eligible claims may include:

      • Lost packages
      • Shipping-related damage
      • Major carrier transit issues

      Approved claims may result in:

      • Replacement product
      • Store credit
      • Refund
      • Partial reimbursement

      The resolution method will be determined by MKM.

      What Is Not Covered

      Shipping Insurance does not cover:

      • Incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer
      • Carrier delays
      • Orders marked as delivered
      • Theft after delivery
      • Cosmetic packaging damage
      • International customs delays or seizures
      • Fraudulent or suspicious claims

      Carrier Responsibility

      Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, transit times and delivery performance are outside MKM’s control.

      Shipping Insurance is intended to provide limited assistance with qualifying shipping issues and does not guarantee delivery timelines.

      Limitation of Liability

      MKM’s maximum liability is limited to the original purchase value of the covered items.

      Shipping charges may be non-refundable.

      MKM reserves the right to modify or discontinue this program at any time without notice.
